About Victoria

Physiotherapist, Pain specialist, Acupuncturist

Hi, I’m Victoria—I love helping people move better and feel their best and I feel extremely lucky to have a job I feel so enthusiastic about!

With 14 years’ experience working as a physiotherapist, predominantly with people with musculoskeletal, orthopaedic, and persistent pain conditions, and roles at St George’s and Kingston Hospitals, several GP surgeries and my current role as a Pain Clinical Specialist Physiotherapist at the Royal Surrey County Hospital, I have a clear understanding of how injuries and pain can affect everyday life.

I bring a unique background to my practice: I hold a degree in French and Italian and have taught English as a foreign language in several countries including Thailand and Italy. This not only helps me communicate with people from all walks of life, but it’s also given me a real appreciation for different cultures and perspectives.

I love keeping active and being outdoors—whether it’s hiking, cycling, paddleboarding, yoga or tending to my allotment—and I believe that movement is key to wellbeing and good health. I’m always learning too, from additional training in therapies like western medical acupuncture, sports massage and pilates to specialist courses in persistent pain and its relation to sleep, emotional wellbeing and neurodiversity.

If you’re looking for practical, evidence-based treatment with a friendly approach (and someone who knows how to make rehab fit your lifestyle), I’m here for you. I look forward to working with you to set goals that matter to you and get you back to doing what you love!
