Hi, I’m Annabel
I trained in the NHS and have been working in private practice for the past 15 years, where I’ve developed a real passion for pelvic health and musculoskeletal physiotherapy. I love taking a hands-on approach to treatment, and I’ve gained postgraduate qualifications in manual therapy and Pilates along the way. My experience spans everything from occupational health and sports injuries to chronic pain conditionsโI genuinely enjoy the variety!
As a Women’s Health physiotherapist, I work with women experiencing all sorts of conditions: pregnancy-related pain, postnatal check ups and rehabilitation, bladder and bowel concerns, prolapse management, and both acute and chronic pelvic pain. I’m also a certified Menopause Coach, so I can support you holistically through perimenopause and menopauseโwhether that’s pelvic floor health, bone health strategies, nutrition, or overall wellbeing.
I’m currently completing a Master’s in Psychology because I’m fascinated by how our minds and bodies work together. I believe people are wonderfully complex, and addressing both the psychological and physical aspects of health leads to better, longer-lasting outcomes. I particularly love working through complex issues, and I’m always up for a good chat!
Outside of work, life is wonderfully chaotic with my two young boysโI’ve recently joined the ranks of rugby mums! I practice yoga daily, walk regularly, and squeeze in running and strength training when I can (though I’ll be honest, not as often as I’d like)!
I really look forward to meeting you!
