Your cancer journey is uniquely yours, and your physiotherapy care should be too.

We offer gentle, supportive treatment to help manage treatment side effects, rebuild strength, and improve well-being, meeting you exactly where you are in your recovery process. Whether you’re currently undergoing treatment or in recovery, cancer and its treatments can affect your body in ways that aren’t always addressed in medical appointments. Our specialized approach helps with challenges like post-surgical movement restrictions, treatment-related fatigue, changes in strength and stamina, or cording (tight tissue strands that can develop after lymph node removal). We understand that your energy and comfort levels may fluctuate, and we adapt each session accordingly – some days may focus on gentle movement and breathing techniques, while others might include more active strengthening or stretching. Many clients find that appropriate physical activity not only helps with specific physical issues but also provides a sense of normality and control during a challenging time. Our therapists create a safe, compassionate space where you can work at your own pace toward meaningful goals, whether that’s managing day-to-day activities with greater ease or returning to cherished hobbies and activities.
